Rate #3 = $219/night or $1095/week

(Jan 3 - Mar 5, Mar 27 - Apr 3, Dec 10-17)

Rate #4 = $239/night or $1195/week

(Mar 6 - 26, Dec 18, 2010 - Jan 2, 2011)

The above rates do not include the required 6.8% Colorado sales and lodging taxes.

This bargain arrangement requires 50% payment, in advance, either by credit card or by check. (Paying in advance insures the seriousness of your plans, preventing our needlessly tying up the week with some uncertainty. • Keep in mind that one night's lodging is due as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
