requires 50% payment, in advance, either by credit card or by check. (Paying
in advance insures the seriousness of your plans, preventing our needlessly tying
up the week with some uncertainty. We think your decision deserves a special deal,
such as getting 7 nights for the price of 5.)

to serve as a refundable
damage deposit.
